This patient presented to the practice looking to improve the worn appearance of his teeth and to freshen up the shade and improve the asymmetry in the arch. A digital smile design was carried out which highlighted the need to level out the gingival contours. Following this, we formulated a treatment plan involving Invisalign® to improve the position of the teeth in the arch and the gingival contours necessary for improving the functional and aesthetic requirements of this case.

Patient was unhappy with the shade and position of the anterior teeth. This treatment involved 6 months Invisalign® to improve the position of the teeth and gingival levels, followed by composite contouring and reduction of the Overjet gave a better cosmetic outcome and has improved the visual golden proportions of the tooth to gum on show.
This lady was keen to straighten her upper and lower anteriors as well as whiten them. We discussed the possibility of using icon on UR1, however she was very pleased with the outcome post whitening.
